The owners of this newly built, three-storey home had lived there for over three years before deciding to completely transform the interiors. While they were satisfied with the overall layout, they felt the space lacked character — a true sense of home that reflected their identity as a modern, dynamic family of four.
Their goal was to move beyond the typical “new-build” aesthetic and infuse the house with warmth, personality, and individuality. Following several in-depth conversations, a clear and comprehensive brief was established, forming the foundation for Studio LPID’s design concept: a richly detailed scheme full of charm, quirk, and personality — and, importantly, one that bid farewell to the plain white walls once and for all.
